  Found some really shiny earrings after complimenting my cashier on hers. The store was implementing some new computer program that glitched 3 times. My cashier was notably irritated by this. The other young girl was irritating me. She kept saying things to my cashier, outloud, in front of 6 other customers about how stressed my cashier was. Not cool.

  I had a great experience with an awkward issue 😔. I needed help having their investigation unit/fraud/identity theft/ look into locating several very old purchases. That were never used, or opened. However, had been stolen from A trusted Health care worker in our family/Mother's home. We had no idea until over a year & a half since she had been fired that she was stealing from our vulnerable adult family member. We can't tell you how happy we are with the how fast the recovery team has been able to pull up proof of these items that have been removed from our Mother's home. We look forward to the incarceration of the Health Worker who took such horrible care of our family member & created permanent damage to her home & exploited her financially for over 5 & a half years. I pray 🙏 to God that our State law maker's in Mn. Get better protection in place to prevent these things from happening in the 1st place.
