Got here 15 mins before closing and all the doors locked and I couldn't get in. I guess they dont care about customers. Closing the doors before closing time is bad business.

I just had the WORST customer service with a " supervisor" named Victoria ... She said I couldn't return a belt because the plastic tag was off ... I said how do you try a belt on with the plastic tag on blocking the buckle ? ... I even offered to go get the tag and return she said next time don't take the tag off ... No worries there will not be a next time that was extremely unprofessional and even her attitude was so unprofessional

Hello. I visited the store on 10/18 (around 6pm) seeking a new Keurig. I came to the register to inquire about the “price match” after, I researched on the official JCPenney website and, I was declined the “price match” on the particular Keurig. The online policy states that JCPenney will price match with a competitor as long as it is NOT a 3rd party. The Keurig I found was indeed sold and shipped by Amazon. Is there a reason your staff is not informed on this policy??? Unfortunately, I left the store without a purchase. I enjoy shopping at JCPenney with my Gold JCPenney credit card but was confused and discouraged by this experience.

The JCP portraits managers Joan was very unprofessional. I asked him for pricing on my session that I scheduled for myself and two children. He got upset because I told him it was okay after it seemed as he was struggling to give me an exact price. He then went on and told me about how he had a lot going on such as training an employee and taking care of a customer at the same time as I called. I said it was okay, no worries to not bother with giving me pricing and that it was no problem I would just wait to make it in to know pricing. He put the phone down and left me speaking to myself. I waited to see if maybe the call had dropped but then he picked up the phone again and was very passive aggressive. I pointed out to him how he was treating and he did not seem to care at all. He’s not a people person, and he definitely shouldn’t be a manager if that’s how he treats customers. He hung up on me twice! Then proceeded to ask me how my morning was going the second time I called back.. he was taunting me !!!!! And I called right back and requested to speak to a supervisor. And for this I won’t be coming here to get photos taken and I will definitely be telling all my family and friends how horrible this place treats customers. There is plenty of places and people who do photography nowadays. I do have options and I will be taking my money elsewhere.
