  Abby did not do a good job. It was rushed and didn’t have details on any bundles or coupons until I told her there was some for members Available. I have at least 3 photos that’s not useable or bad timing she took. Rushed through the checkout until I told her can you please go back I always get prints too. She did not show me the price bundles until I told her to bring me the paper with the bundles and prices she was referring to. Overall rushed experience and unusable photos when I just paid over $300. Kept talking over us when the parents were taking control of the children. I come here every year, sometimes twice a year. I do not ever want her to be our photographer again. Needs more experience or training. I will be contacting he manager or someone in charge for a refund or credit because we always had a way better experience and photos with the other lady that’s been working there for years. And she kept bringing up other peoples pictures and business but not focusing on us. She does not need to work with kids and then charge ppl all that money for several terrible shots!!!!!!!!!!!!!
