  This place is a scam The manager and cashier both involved in this or they literally have no knowledge on what to inform a customer when making them signup to something so serious Bought clothes here and upon checking out at cashier Cashier mentions u can get 35% discount if we can provide details including ssn phone no and email id. I was Wondering why they needed my ssn when no shopping mall ever asks for ur ssn. Believing such a big store won’t scam you I gave my socials and my personal details in five minutes cashier mentions u are declined for a Jc Pennie’s credit card like WHAT ??? who applied for a credit card here and why did they run my credit check for credit card without my consent Upon asking cashier she mentions “ oh I thought u know it’s for credit card “ Shame on this people working there who are trying to scam and make as many members as they can to apply for their credit card without people’s consent my credit score got a hit now because of this irresponsible cashier When I reached out to manager “ please don’t expect apology from this manager at this store” She would question you by saying “ u should be aware u are applying for jc Pennie’s credit card, she mentions it’s on the payment screen that you are applying for credit card which was never mentioned on the tiny screen and that’s a lie. Worst customer service and literally a scam going on here. Please be aware before giving any personal details here not going back here ever again.

  Worst experience every! Bad customer service! Don't buy jewelry from here. The lady didn't even let my wife talk saying that they couldn't do anything to help us other then sending it in. Even though as I put the necklace on my wife necklace one of the chain came off I was sold a broken necklace and they want me to wait for 5 to 7 weeks and if its not repairable then and only then be given money back. Please unless you want a horrible memories don't purchase from here.

  I would like to give this a zero for both customer service and lack of understanding. The tags were still on my newly purchased necklace that was broken from the chain as soon as my husband put it on. The lady at the jewelry department didn't even let my explain what had happen stating she would only be able to send it in. Happy anniversary to me please do not purchase from this location they lack compassion.
