No manager to speak to and are you telling me that in the 30 minutes I have been calling no one is in the department?? With customer service and work ethics like this, I see why stores are closing. Slap in the face to customers that are spending their hard earned money in times like this.

Wish the staff would have at least checked their system to make sure they don't have anymore of particular products. Disappointed.
- SCSimpson ChungSep 21, 20255.0Did themed portraits (Enchanted Kingdom) and compared to other studios this one was well staffed, had all the props, props were laid out, ready-to-go at store opening, clean, plenty of seating, and air conditioned. One of the staff was dressed in Elven costume (ears/headress/green attire! Made the experience that more eventful, serious kudos, very awesome, hope it continues!
