  Drop my jewelry off to have repair done. Was informed it would take 3 weeks. 2 days before my jewelry is supposed to be ready I receive a phone call requesting an authorization before they can repair my jewelry. First, I drop my jewelry off that was the approval needed for the repairs for my jewelry. Second, what were they doing with my jewelry for the past 2 and 3/4 weeks? Now, I'm going to have to wait another 3 to 5 weeks for my jewelry. I have already been a month and a half without my jewelry. Don't know when it will be ready. There's no compensation for the inconvenience. Basically, the conversation I had made it sound like I just have to deal with it. Also, the cost I was told when I dropped my jewelry off has changed. Makes me wonder am I being lied to.

  Love J C Penny history saying that it started off as a store for every person..now not as much it needs to turn back time ..with their look and some of the products it just seems it want to serve a certain class of people my opinion... serve every person..from farm to city..from the hood to bel-air they have nice stuff ...but it just not a normal stop for me ...i mean i can find some stuff but nothing excites me about going in...step back in time and look how it all started ..remember the catalog...i remember me as a kid excited to look in that book now its on line which is fine but again no ...go back look in and out of the old stores what made people come to the store ..but the new stores are nice but looks like every store out there nothing stands out .....but still a nice store
