  Upon initial entry Dorothy, some old black woman, was very rude and yelled at my 2 year old son for simple shaking the hand of the mannequin located at the front doors. Then when it was our turn to check out it was her register we got. My wife said hello Dorothy, and she said extremely a very rude manner, and what we think from research is called ebonics, " who you is, you be knowing me" we said no, your name tag indicates who you are. Then I asked about the teacher discount sign on the door, and she said " you gots your badge" I said no but how much do you give veterans. She said " y'all get nothing ". Me or any of my family will every shop at jc Penny's again just for this. She needs not be interacting with the public. Maybe in the back storeroom or unemployed.

  I had a photo shoot here in portrait department.. sadly i missed the survey to write a review on these people.. its already been a few months now because i did send an email about my concerns and extremely negative experience with them but no one ever got back to me. so ill say here, that they were extremely rude and nasty and i tried to keep a positive mindset while there because it was my birthday.. but i see now why all the independent photographers are taking over. I would never recommend anyone to the portraits department., everything about it really bothered me.. they have no consideration for you back there but they will be nice to you once they swipe your card! The lady didnt even tell me what i was paying for until after she so desperately took my payment. These people are ruthless.

  Everything went well and was beautiful! I recommend anyone to take their pictures here!!! My husband's sister told me about it so yeah I had to give it a shot. They are great here!

  We went in looking for an Easter dress for preteen girl. There were plenty of prom dresses but not really any Easter dresses. We did find a cute outfit, at a good price, just not exactly what we were there for.
