Went in to purchase uniform shirts and back to school clothes, had a question about JCP price matching with their own JCP website. In mid conversation, the manger Richard decides the conversation is over and walks off. His response to walking off “I have another customer to speak too”. He also stated he will not be losing his job today, which to me could very well be a threatening statement. Please keep in mind this was NOT an argument nor hostile situation. The store was pretty much customer free at the time and I was the only customer within sight. This was extremely unprofessional, rude and unwarranted. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service and I will officially file a formal complaint.
