  We bought some curtains and rods. The sales person helped us order more of the item we wanted and carried the rods to a cart for us. He was very helpful and courteous and the extra curtains we ordered delivered a few days later.

  Had the worst experience ever at the Fox Valley location. Decided to stop by this location to pickup a few items for my son. After finding a few things that caught my eye, I headed to the register to pay. I asked one of the associates Manjula could she help me and she totally ignored my request. When I asked if I could speak to a manager she stated there was no active manager working that day, which I thought was absurd. Spoke to another associate who explained that wasn't true and proceeded to call for a manager per my request. Spoke to manager regarding my complaint. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this location for shoppers. Avoid at all cost.

  emptiest beauty section i ever did see! looked like they were reorganizing and a bunch of shelves were empty. not a fun shopping experience
