  First picture visit at this location (last appointment) however have been coming (not as frequently) for almost 2 decades; so much has changed OR photographers (new experience) made it seemed "so changed" not sure :/ Kind & super sweet however a few "Im not sure" answers promoting a response, please ask and be sure. Place was clean, organized & IF I were to return....might be in hesitation; would prefer MORE experience to catch things like showing under garments, suggestion to fix pose, move hair back/forward, enhancing a shot, looking for eye contact, glasses glares; more suggestive poses (our party had to suggest a few). Not a bad day JUST not a wow, as past experiences and other locations.

  This place was amazing, such kind people working there, me and my friends had such a nice conversation with Uncle Charles. We just met him he's so kind. We have to go again soon.

  We came from Arizona to take family pictures with our son for the first time with family members. We had an appointment 6:15 and received and phone call earlier in the day “come in earlier to prep” we arrived promptly at 6:15 and a group ahead of us was still taking pictures we waiting…. About 10min later the associate comes out stating she was fishing g up shortly. Kept waiting and then I had to go in and ask for another time she stated be another minute. Then at 6:57 saw the family come out and we continued to wait and finally a third time asked and she was working on the pictures. We asked why we weren’t notified of these “earlier delays” we unfortunately had to leave with no options. This was disappointing as we had flew out around the plans of our first family pictures.

  I want to sincerely thank Lekedric Owens in Men’s Wear and his manager, Devi, for their outstanding compassion and professionalism. Not long ago, while shopping at the JC Penney, located in First Colony Mall, my husband—who uses a walker—experienced a medical episode. Lekedric immediately responded with calm urgency, bringing a chair, helping him get settled, and staying by our side with kindness and respect. Devi arrived promptly, reassured us, and coordinated with mall security so we could exit safely. Their empathy and professionalism turned a very stressful situation into one where we felt cared for and supported. Their actions went above and beyond. We are sincerely grateful for their thoughtful and timely response, and we wanted to be sure their actions were recognized. JCPenney is fortunate to have them on the team!
