This seems to be one of the only places on the east side to buy reasonably-priced men's dress shirts. They have a large selection with many brands. They also have suits and ties.

Frustrating In-Store Experience and Poor Pricing Practices:
I’m honestly starting to wonder if JCPenney is trying to go out of business. During a recent visit, I tried purchasing clothing in-store only to find that the exact same items were significantly cheaper online. When I asked about a price match, the store manager informed me that they don’t match prices with their own website — which makes no sense for the same company.
On a second visit, the situation was even worse. The posted sale prices in the store didn’t match what rang up at the register. Even after a manager attempted to correct it manually, she seemed unsure how to process a simple BOGO sale correctly. For example, two packages of socks priced at $20 each under a buy-one-get-one-free sale should total $20 plus tax — not $32.
Experiences like this make it easy to see why JCPenney continues to lose customers. Outdated systems, poor training, and inconsistent pricing are driving shoppers away. It’s frustrating because JCPenney could still be a great retailer, but experiences like these make it feel like the company is giving up on providing good service.

I called ahead to make sure what I needed was actually in store or online only. Also aked if they were able to check if what I needed was in stock - sizes and color. They saved it up front for me, and it was a quick and painless in and out, (less than 5 minutes) staff was kind and friendly.

I did curbside pickup and waited for 10 minutes, then the message said unfortunately I had to come inside. Place was busy, two cashier's so I waited, only to find out I had to go to the very back of the store for my curbside pickup! I got curbside because I'm handicapped! Don't offer a service you can't provide!!!

Visited the Photo Gallery with my daughters, enjoyed our family time.
After 4 years apart, we took pictures to create new memories. I will be so grateful once she completes her doctorate.
