  Of of course we went in there to buy something else that wasn't available so we stopped down at the salon just to see if we could get our haircuts. Lara was the only one in the shop and she stated that she wouldn't have time for both of us but she could fit my friend in. She did everything that my friend wanted to her hair and even suggested some wonderful products. I got to watch my friend get her haircut and then I asked Lara if she had time to do mine. My hair is always been long and straight and thick. She thinned my hair out beautifully and feathered it back and shaped it around my face! I absolutely love it, and her and will be back, for trims!!! Lara! She was "old school" and I'm just telling you that I've never been more pleased with a haircut in my life!!! 5⭐

  Change of opening hours from 10 to 11 checked last week said 10 now its 11 and they were very rude about it

  I had been given a pretty bad hair cut from my previous regular salon and decided to go somewhere else. I was so fortunate to have Tammy cut my hair and she was able to achieve a miracle with what I had left. I now have a beautifully cut style which is easy to manage. Jcpenney will now be the salon which I will be returning

  It was nice to find a store still open, although by sitting out in front of the store I thought it was gone because it looked so dark inside and there was nothing in their display windows. I had to Google it to see if their location was still even there. There were only a few cars outside in the parking lot at the mall where they were located and there's also a main entrance by there, so I almost didn't even try to go in. The store inside had a decent selection, but to get any sale prices you had to spend so much money and their prices for clothing was ridiculous. They had quite a but of clearance clothing for next to nothing, though, so that's where I did my shopping, and I got some great buys.

  I used to shop at Penney's almost exclusively when I was younger and raising my family. This store is pretty standard for what you would expect up a Penney's. One thing that I really am not excited about every time I shop at Penney's is they want you to get all these different rewards/coupons to use towards your purchases. Then you try to use them towards your purchase and all they tell you is none of these are good and you can't use them. It's very frustrating. I really wish they could figure that out. Quit sending me out coupons that don't work.
