  El día de ayer vine a comprar unas camisetas cuando las pagué el cajero nunca removió los sensores de mis camisetas vine al día siguiente y como las camisetas ya les había quitado la etiqueta y no traía el recibo pero tenía yo mi recibo que había pagado con mi tarjeta no me quisieron quitar los sensores como es posible Que tenga que necesitar recibo etiquetas para poder remover unos sensores que ellos mismos dejaron .😡🤬

  I never had a problem with any JCPenney and normally I do not return stuff. The only time I did it was today. I asked the lady politely I don’t need a credit and I don’t need cash back. I just want switch my shirt to a different color I bought a shirt before And I found out I had the same color so I just wanted to switch color that’s it I don’t have the receipt but the shirt it’s a brand new never open with JCPenney tag on it. She said sorry I can’t do nothing. She called the manager and I asked her politely lady. I don’t want money. I don’t wanna talk. I just want to change it to a different color that’s it. I have the same color and I always buy my sugar for me she said sorry we have our policy. We cannot break the policy she said just because I paid cash. Maybe it doesn’t show in the system. I was like yeah but this is not my problem. This is your system. I don’t have card with JCPenney. My family does so what I do. I just buy them most of the time the girls are not registered. Have coupon next to them 20% 30% whatever they can without me saying nothing and I pay cash and leave and she said yeah maybe that doesn’t show I was like it’s not my problem it’s your system is a problem and I ended up not exchanging my shirt and I never go back there again

  We went to the hair salon to get my 2 yrs old baby boy, we had Zina she was so patient with my baby. My baby kept still as much as he could bring a 2 yr old. They both did amazing 🤭
