- PCPaul Cross3 days ago3.0Lighting was poor. Had to use flashlight on phone to find colors of belts and pants. Lack of carts made it difficult for me to obtain all the merchandise in men's apparel. Now I know why the JCP closed in Owensboro. I'll order on lone from now on. Note: I am sorry for this negative review.
- LLLeslieOct 25, 20251.0Was there last night. Was hounded by an employee to open up a store credit card. Politely declined but then overheard him telling another employee, knowing I could hear him, that he didn’t understand why customers “have such a problem” opening a credit card and why customers act like it’s a big deal. While checking out upstairs, kid at register kept telling me to buy my items at Walmart because they would be cheaper. Why would you push a customer to shop at another store? Definitely unprofessional and both experiences were uncomfortable. Won’t be going back there for a while

She looked around with me to find something similar and let me know what was discounted and clearance. When I went in again to purchase a pair, she again was very helpful and polite. She even found an additional discount! The replacement pair quality was perfect, and the cost wasn't a month's worth of pay like some other places! Thanks again, Melissa!
