I was shopping with my family and after I paid for my items cashier telling me no bags in store. It would of been nice to let customers know before purchasing items. I had full small bags from previous store, which were already starting to rip. Store was empty and now I understand why. Ashley also was argumentive with me. Cashier first offered to put my clothes in garbage bag which I told Ashley, then she says it was a suit bag. She wasn't listening to at all. Cashier was nice and apologized gave me a discount. Cashier should me the store manager because she was more professional. JCPENNEY went down hill.

- SSSJan 11, 20162.0Two story JCPenny in the Danbury Fair mall. The furniture was a bit overpriced. A large selection of sale and "clearance" items. Don't forget to check their site for coupons. The clerk said he didn't even need the actual coupon even though I pulled it up on my phone.
