  Rude! I came in to look at jewelery. No one bother acknowledge us, despite bring right in their faces! I came to buy and walked out with nothing. How hard is it to say, " hi, welcome in, I'll be with you in a moment" but instead you look right past me.

  Got my hair professionally done here once. I also shop here with my family when school starts back up again. Sometimes looking for clothes is like a gold mine and sometimes everything just sucks but that's my personal opinion, it's nice here.

  Today I went JC PENNY cypress Location to use my birthday rewards, I grabbed 4 items all They were about $10-$12 each, I wanted to buy just one. The salesperson looked at my phone number and said my reward doesn’t show yet. The price of one of the items I had picked up was $10 and I thought it was a good deal. I said, "No problem, I'll just buy this dress for now," but the price wasn't $10, it was $19. she said, "No problem, I'll ask the manager to come and overide the price." When the supervisor came, she didn’t help and said, "This is a mistake, it's $19, and there's nothing I can do about it." I said, "You set the price, not me," but she didn't care about customer service at all and didn't fix the price. I was stuck for 15 minutes. Her name was Ms. Kim. I used to shop at this location all the time, but I think I should reconsider because that lady doesn't care about her customers at all.

  I can only speak about the fine jewelry department at this location, but Melony and Samina were incredibly helpful, patient and kind. I came there due to a bad experience at another JCPENNEY store and they were more than happy to not only make it right but find an even better solution. Highly recommend buying your jewelry from this store.
