The first lady told me where it was and I said thank you but as I headed toward the restroom the second lady stopped me to ask if I was going to make a purchase. I did not know if I was going to buy something or not and was refused the restroom cause I was not making a "purchase". Needless to say I left the store and did not make any purchase due to her rudeness and made this 1 star review. A little kindness can go a long way.

Pleasant, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient. Made the transaction easy & hassle-free. Penney's (and Sheila) will be our first choice for buying jewelry.
