  Wish more people would start shopping there. Very empty. Staff was wonderful. So were the deals.

  I stood in a long line for several minutes while a single cashier handled customers. There were other employees standing around the store, awkwardly just staring at us in line. I’m not the type of customer to complain—I’m very laid-back and patient because I’ve worked in customer service for a long time and I understand we’re all human. But my whole experience in the store felt like a giant waste of time and money after watching them all stand around like that ): At one point another employee did come over, to help I thought, but rather than open a register she decided to chat with a hair stylist that was passing by, instead. When I was about to put my items back and leave, an employee (Kaci) from way over in the beauty department came to rescue us. She was extremely friendly and personable, and I watched as one by one she improved the mood and experience of each customer in the formerly frustrated and disgruntled line. I wanted to leave the store 2 or 3 stars and cross it off my list of future shopping options, but Kaci redeemed JCPenney for me. This 5 star review is for her, and I sure hope she is a valued part of your team!

  Love JCPenney and that they have coupons readily available on their website to use while at the store or online ;)

  Love JCP. I really like going into the store. Checking out things then I ordered online too. The app works great....so much better. You have things I want. Great prices. Sales now and often
