    Was just at this jcpenneys and a worker came to me in the dressing room at 5:45 (they close at 6), telling me she didn't want to harass me but if I wasn't in line to checkout within a minute I would not be able to make my purchase. I didn't answer at first and then she just kept on, mame did u hear me you have a minute. I had 15 minutes before they even closed. I didn't buy the 200 worth of clothes because of that. With all the jcpenneys closing you'd think they would be a little nicer to their customers and idk want to make some money!

    We were at this store Friday June 6th at around 4:30pm and were shocked of how bad the staff is, never ever seen before. We found 2 rings we liked that was 55% off, however, one did not have a price tag so we asked an employee who told us it was 12 something, when we went to pay it at the general counter the employer just told us he doesn't work at that department who it was up to us to find the answer (terrible), so we did as told and went to the jewelry department where the lady just said she was going to charge the ring without a label the same price as the other one (knowing we probably would be paying more). We asked and told her it wasn't really right and that she should check the right price, she asked us if we knew how to do that (in a sarcastic way) and we replied that it is not our job. She proceeded to be even more confrontational. She then said she "checked" and it was actually the "same" price as the other ring so we accepted and paid. Later a 2 second research on the website show me that the actual pride was 11 dollars and not 15. So she also lied about having checked. It's not about the 4 dollars we paid more than we should have, it's the deplorable, terrible and unacceptable customer service. It needs to change as soon as possible, we are not going back to that store after this.
