  I was in here a few days ago looking for 2XL clothing for myself, since no other establishments sell clothing in my size. I needed assistance finding a shirt, so i asked an employee by the name of Kaylee. She dismissed me and said she could not help. As i left the building i heard her call me a “big fat ass” and i will not he back to this store due to this negative experience. I am also recommending all of my friends and family to not come here as well. I would give 0 stars if i could.

  MacKenzie (idk if I spelled her name right) refused to cut my friends hair. She said she was "saving him from a bad haircut" If a client is paying you to cut their hair, you should give them what they want. Not refuse to cut their hair. This is a serious problem.

  My mom took me and my little sister to get haircuts here at JC Penny's and my haircut went fine, I'm pleased with it. But when it was my little sisters turn she said she wanted to go short and get a mullet, and the salonist (Her name was Mackenzie I can't remember her last name but it started with an L) refused to cut it because it wouldn't look right, and that she'd regret it, and how she loved her long hair. And instead just cut a few inches off whilst discouraging my sister the majority of the time. I see as to no reason you can refuse to cut a relatively simple haircut just because you personally wouldn't like it on someone, as a paying customer we deserved to get the haircuts we want. My sister was so unhappy with it and uncomfortable from the woman even after I tried telling her it's what my sister wants and that if it's bad it'll grow back, that she cried in the car. I am truly disappointed and my heart is broken that my sister was so unhappy after being so excited to get haircuts. I am greatly angered by Mackenzie. This isn't right.

  I bought a gold chain around Mother’s Day last year because everything was on sale I got a 14k sparkle rope chain 24 inch and well it was messing with my neck so I went to go get it tested just to see what happened and let’s just say it was not gold they shoulda sold it as gold plated or something on it so do not buy jewelry from here this thing sizzled like a hot dog with the nitric acid test
