In fact, she stopped and had a few non-work related words with a fellow employee just 15 steps before getting to the register and checking me out. Belks was much better customer service.

I could possibly left it laying on the counter while I was waiting on my wife to make a purchase as well. I tried calling many times but no one answered the phone. I live over an hour away. I hate to lose my jewelry that I purchased for my wife for Mother's day but can't drive that far to check. Would be nice if someone would answer the phone!
