Leaving this review for the portrait side of JCPenny. Reyann was AMAZING!!! My sister & I went in today for pics and we had a ball. Reyann’s customer service was TOP TIER. 10/10 Recommend this studio.

Nice store, very clean and well laid out. The Misses and the Women's areas in the store are not labeled as well as the Petite and Junior areas were. Checkout could not have been better. I had an associate offer to me help while I was shopping. She told me of a sale area which I would not have visited had she not told me. I got a beautiful top for only $5 there!
