    I went to take my ring to be fixed. The only thing they had to do was replace one of the rubies that was missing on my ring. When I went to go pick up my ring that I had bought from them some years ago, I saw that the rubies they put on was smaller than the original ones. I let the worker know that It was smaller and they were acting iffy from then on. The lady got on the phone to call someone but stepped away to do it and then didn’t even tell me what the conclusion was until I asked. Then I felt pressure to just pay for the fixes because no matter what I said she kept saying they would charge me more and that they have nothing to do with that since it’s a 3rd party fixing it. I explained to her that they should have told me as now my ring looks uneven and a little lopsided but no matter what I said she kept telling me if she was me she’d just pay (which was $200! Which is literally a few dollars less than how much I bought the ring for!) and that they would charge me more and the proceeds to tell me the structure holding the rubies were uneven (it’s not). I didn’t feel that was fair as I should have been informed and I felt defeated to fight it even after I said I wasn’t satisfied with the repairs. Then I was told to sign saying I was satisfied. All this to say DO NOT GO AND GET IT FIXED THERE!!! They will just mess it up and not take responsibility and don’t care about customer satisfaction. PLEASE GO TO AN ACTUAL JEWLER WHO CARES ABOUT YOU LOVING YOUR RING!

    Waited in line for the longest. First the cashier did a return for a customer which takes time. Then the cashier asked the next customer if she wanted to open a JCP credit card. The lady told the cashier No, but she kelp pressing the lady. You already have a line Full of people and it takes time to open a credit card. Instead of calling someone to handle the customers waiting while she opened the JCP card, she had people waiting in line for over 10 minutes before she finally decided to call another cashier. Meanwhile we had to wait even longer for the back up cashier. I feel that it's unprofessional to leave a line full of customers waiting while you open a credit card for someone who told No at first and considering we had already been waiting because you only had one cashier. I spent over 17 minutes total in line waiting to pick up my online order.

    Shopped today; found good buy on men's shirts. What I didn't find was a service desk on the first floor to pay for them. Never saw any employee to ask. Maybe it's time for self-checkout. If there's no service, why not? We got used to it buying gas, then groceries..

    My husband forgot his suit he needed for a convention in Winston Salem. We discovered this at 6:30 pm on Thursday night. We rushed over to JC Penny and found one that fit without having to get it altered, as well as a shirt and tie. Nice selection of decent fitting men's clothing without breaking the bank.
