  The photos came really bad the lady who was taking the photos never put us in a good position for the photos.. need a refund for $200 not worth .

  The store is clean and organized. 4 stars as I dont see a lot staff on the floor to ask some questions.There is JC Penny beauty center for different make up brands , hair products etc. Different clothes style and the good thing is they Petite section. The prices are reasonable, they have sale going on right now for change of seasons.There are shirts as low as $9.99 plus tax- rarely do you see those price nowadays. They also have housewares sections.

  This complaint it’s for JCPenney Glendale Galleria Home Department employee Jackline I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the behavior of a home department drapery register associate at the Glendale Galleria On September 25 2025, at approximately 1:00 PM, my Mom and Dad had a very unpleasant experience at Register associates name is Jacklin. My Mom and Dad come to store after my Mom chemotherapy. This woman assisting at the curtains department made racially insensitive remarks and argued with my parents because by mistake my mom told her different size off curtains. Jacklin behavior yelled was unprofessional and deeply upsetting. I never let my parents go back to that store Hopefully management HR should be coaching employee because she’s Aggressive behavior and arguing insulting.

  My hairdresser appointment fell through, so I call the salon at JCPenney, which was a blessing because the highlights that I had done came out great! Thanks to the JCPenney hairdresser! I'll be back!
