- BBBrittneyOct 21, 20254.0I love JcPenney and been shopping here for many years over the years the quality of the clothes dropped but it seems they are trying to pick back up. When it comes to sales no store is touching them when they have a sale you actually save money. Only reason I’m taking a star away is because the fitting room was disgusting. Dirt all over the walls, floor, and seat. It hasn’t been cleaned in a really long time it was super dingy. I will leave photos below, I feel you will have to be there just to see how nasty it was in there.

I hate it when I go to other places and they turn you away from the mirror. Alot of barbershop and shops do this. Not my girls.;) The salon is located in J.C Penny.
