  I placed an order in the store and still don't know if it ever came. It's not even showing that I bought this item when I look on my account. I will have to go there and hopefully it will be there

  Anyone in their right mind wouldn’t shop here. They advertise sale! sale! sale! But if you take a moment to actually do a quick search the prices they offer are NOT a bargain in any way. My guess is that shopping their clearance items here would be the only way to go. Checkout stands are only located on one end of each floor, I guess if you know this it’s helpful, as I just wandered aimlessly looking for a checkout stand on the floor. No, I have not shopped here in probably well over a decade and it may take another decade for me to muster up any courage to ever come back. If you have a return, just take deep breaths and know you’ll be waiting a long while if there are returns being made a head of you. I had to dig deep to stay zen and the guy behind me sounded like he was going to blow a gasket.

  The manager here was really awesome , she helped me and my wife with our membership discount and purchase after different associat failed to acknowledge them . She was kind , smiled , genuine but accretive when she needed to be I don't remember her name but she was an older blonde Caucasian woman . Thanks again.
