Then also to no ones surprise there’s an associate (Kristin) who could’ve clearly gotten the package but was too busy working on the same table for too long! I only gave 3 stars because the shirt I got was cute :)

Previously bought frames at their Victoria Gardens store before they closed the optical department there. I wanted to keep the same frames. Employee called another store and found them. And the employees always calculate the best discounts for me without the need of vision insurance. I saved 65% compared to what Kaiser Optical wanted to charge for the same features even after applying a discount. Very happy. And I get JCPenney rewards to buy something special!
