I went to the store to get my in store pick up and also was returning two items at Marketplace Henrietta NY. Wow to my surprise they are no longer giving you a return receipt or a sales receipt for items being purchased. I don’t know who made this decision and I even called the store manager. Talk about theft anyone can pickup merchandise and just walk right out of the store. This does not make any sense to me. This can’t be legal!

I wasn’t going to leave a review but after I didn’t see a refund to my account I feel I must. I would have gave one star but the woman I saw the second time I came in earned them a second star. When I get her name I plan to edit my comment to mention her. I originally saw Desiree idk how to spell. I asked for a butterfly cut. (Short laters in the front that cascade towards the back with longer layers in the back). It’s a perfect cut for my curly hair. (This woman herself has curls so knows about shrinkage as well.) wanted my shortest layer to sit at my chin my hair went down my back with a previous butterfly like cut so she really just had to fix it up and get rid of dead wands cutting maybe 1.5 inches tops. She proceeded to cut my longest layer then my shortest which ended up at about mid face when held straight. When dry and curly about eye level. Clearly not what I asked for. Then went to connect the two layers she cut and put loud said “this looks like too much” meaning she cut too much from the top and now it won’t connect. She ended up grabbing another stylist who “fixed it” I knew something was off so instead of leaving with braids like I originally planned I left with it wet to see how it looked. It was awful and there were chucks missing and it was super scraggly at the ends. So I came back the following weekend and saw the good stylist and she agreed the only way to fix it is to go to my shoulders or just cut another inch and get rid of about half of the disconnected layers. So that’s what I did. So I lost 4 inches instead of 8 when I only wanted a max of two worst case scenario. Now I am leaving a review because I find it absurd the manager isn’t immediately refunding me..
