  Penny's used to be one of my favorite stores to buy clothes but not anymore. There were just a few cars there and a handful of customers but still had a long wait to check out since there was only one cashier. The thing I bought was way overpriced too and the cashier didn't give me any rewards. I should have just left and gone to Kohls when I saw there were just a few customers but drove all the way thinking it would be different. Don't know if they were going out of business or not. Remember when they were a really popular place to shop. Times have changed.

  My husband and I went to this store today to look for wedding sets and we were ignored and the other female customer was so rude, she refused to say excuse me and I refused to move. Finally, after waiting at the counter, the saleswoman working with them greeted me as if she didn’t see us walk up before. So she eventually asked the so called manager (Adriana) to come to help us. At that point, I was ready to leave and then decided to speak with the manager. So I asked her if this location was short staffed? To which she responded,”yes”, and that was all I needed to hear. There were only like 3 people working in this store today. The parking lot was empty to boot. But in all my 40+ years of shopping at JCPENNEY, I have never been treated this way. I’ll never go back… Hello JARED!

  This store is all alone , stocked to the Hilt Clean organized, staff is polite. Use or lose it. Oh and lots sales
