There was (and still is!) a large selection of shoes/boots that are all either 70 or 75%-off, so I ended up choosing the perfect pair to go with the dress- originally $100-something down to $20-something!

You have stylist that switch client's to other stylist just for the simple fact they don't want to do it, getting services done while they are on the clock,or spend their time on their phones while sitting in the back of the salon. I just sit back and watch how unprofessional this salon has become.I have been getting my hair done here for years. May I suggest that your stylists sit at the front desk when they do not have client's or clean and straighten the salon, answer the phone so the stylists up front doing client's don't have to stop to answer the phone. Sad to see the salon go down hill like this. Grateful to have the stylist I do.She does a great job!
