  As a cosmetology school, we are always looking for reliable stores that can provide both quality and variety for our students and events. JCPenney at Golf Mill has been a wonderful resource for us. Their clothing and accessory selection is perfect whenever our students need professional attire for classes, competitions, or photoshoots. The jewelry and beauty sections also give us great options for styling practice and portfolio building. We’ve also appreciated the portrait services offered at this location, which help us showcase our students’ work in a professional way. The staff has been supportive and courteous, making our shopping and styling experiences smooth and enjoyable. For Rosel School of Cosmetology, JCPenney is more than a department store it’s a trusted partner where we can find everything from fashion inspiration to practical resources under one roof.   Had a great experience with Robin in jewelry. She gave us plenty of time and space to think and we never felt rushed or pressured. It was a really great shopping experience with really great sales, seriously Robin was the best
