- JGJeffrey GanleySep 7, 20254.0Have been going to this store since Lakeside Mall opened in the 70's. Always find what I'm looking for. Hope they stay open, there is no other JCPenney anywhere.

It was so empty racks upon racks of 40 to 70% off stuff however I get up to the register and when I inquired about the percentages off the woman was kind of rude and tried to get me to apply for a JCPenney card. I did not ask to apply for a card I asked about the discounts. The store was clean and we also use the restroom which was clean as well. Mostly people buying school clothes
