I ordered something on their curbside pickup which took 3 days for me to get it because nobody would come outside when I had checked in. Finally after the third day of trying to pick up I went into the store where I asked to speak to a manager. She claims she was busy with another customer and the kids department. Which I understand however I waited 40 minutes to talk to her and she never came to find out what the problem was. With that being said the sales clerk Alice was extremely sweet. The killing part was they were not even busy in that store. And all 3 days that I went there and one day was Labor Day.
