  I would highly recommend j c penney if you're trying to get anything that you need, such as clothing jewelry, cologne the downside to this location.The roux leaks, there's no air conditioning in the summer.There is no heat in the winter, and it's all due to management of Jefferson mall it leaks throughout the whole entire mall. Every store has a module control on their thermostat. I believe it's called ATR 22 J c penney is good.They just need to leave the jefferson mall location.It is bad on their business because that is the dirt mall and it is dying

  Went to buy my Mom some new Tennis Shoes and the Women's Shoe Department was a complete wreck and no one there to help me. I can see why they are closing stores. JCPENNEY used to be nice. Saint Matthews store is a lot better.

  Terrible! The first stylist they gave me the manager couldn't find her for 10 minutes, then whe she was found, she stared on my hair and left me sitting there, finally another lady came out and said she was taking over my cut. I didn't expect to pay $57.00 and then get home and my husband said my hair was not even. I could have saved my money and had him cut my hair, which he had to fix. My experience was horrible here, manager not professional, I will never be back.
