Went in originally to send my ring out to get resized, the associate that help me Rita which is the jewelry department supervisor mentioned that they are having a great sale on jewelry plus if you apply for the credit card you can get an additional 35% off. OK thats a good deal the ring i was looking at came out to 3,499.99 before tax and the protection plan 325.00. My husband surprised me and told me I could get the ring, they didn't have the ring in stock so we had to order it. 3,499.99 + 9.25%tax = 3,823.74 plus the additional 35% for applying for the credit card $2,485.43 pluse the protection plan $325.00 come out to $2,810.43 she put it all together ring platinum is same price of 14ct white gold protection tax came out to 4,143ish i asked why is it more she said the platinum is more expensive. 🤔so we proceeded ordering it, came home and still thinking the price is wrong, noticed that the 35% wasn't added. Went back to the store talked to Rita i explained what was happening she called her supervisor, we let her know what was going on and she said its because you can't have 2 coupons, cant double dip. I understand that. My point is why did Rita offer the extra 35% off then????. So I can ether get the online price or the store price which was more expensive plus the additional 35% off which came out more expensive then the online price. I decided to keep the online price. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR SUPERVISOR BETTER. if she would have told me the information correctly we wouldn't have applied for the credit card. So if you go shopping in the jewelry department and they ask you to apply for the credit card for a discount, look online first its less expensive and you dont have to apply.

For a company that has the rule of "to treat others as we would like to be treated". I seriously want to know who thought it was a good idea to stock the bathrooms with toilet paper so thin that it's almost basically transparent. Toilet paper so thin that it tears at even the slightest amount of pull. The stores are nice and clean but let's be real. The quality of toilet paper at any store shows how much they value their customers.

Karen, the older woman who works in the package pickup/return area is literally one of the most hard-headed persons. I went to do a return, provided her with a barcode for my order, which was well within the return window. She claimed she was unable to find my order and proceeded to complain about me having too many orders to go through. She called me out for ordering things like kids clothing, home goods, etc like it is her business! At the end, she refused to do any type of return for me, which I think is just her laziness of not wanting to look for the order, even when I had a barcode for it right in front of her.
