They said people were sticking pink tags on clothes that weren’t supposed to be…3 items in a row….they are scamming people hoping no one will notice. Don’t shop here!!
- PMPaul McClureOct 21, 20251.0Went in there and all the volcom accessories were listed as on sale when I brought a specific backpack up there they tried to argue and say it wasn't on sale it was only the markdown price went online all their bags are on sale too and I even took the lady over to the area where the bags were and she tried to say it was upstairs she didn't even know where her own merchandise was needless to say this why nobody shops at JCPenney anymore..

- ARAna Marie RamirezOct 8, 20255.0I went to JC Penney today to look for some casual shoes, you know, something with a leather upper and not some man made material! Although I was not successful in the shoe department , I was in the ladies clothing. I found these fabulous little tank tops that are a 100% cotton, for a mere $6.99 each, then I found this amazing corduroy pants that are 98% cotton and 2% spandex, for $29.99!! I am currently in the process of revamping the textiles that my clothing is made out of, so anything that is 100% (no less than 85% cotton) cotton, linen or wool, is just what Im looking for to allow my body to breathe in the healthy manner it was made to exist in a most healthy way! I am a very happy camper and will definitely be going back for a few different colors of pants, not to mention some little tops to match!!!
