- LHLori House4 days ago5.0Nice JCPenney store. I had to return something bought online. I didn't know Penney's had moved all cashiers to the door area. It was convenient and the cashier was very nice, efficient and helpful. This store is a little far from my home but I do love shopping at JCPENNEY. I will be making the drive again.

I had a problem with my JCPenney card, and she went over and beyond to help me get it fixed so that in could keep my purchases and not have to leave them there. And keep my coupons discounts.
