- MKMary KorfOct 14, 20251.0I ordered some khakis online from JCPenneys on 9/15/25. I liked the blue one but the tan one was too dark of a color. I took the pants back to this JCP in Morgantown. Though I had the tabs on the pants with the price but not in the pants and I had the return form I started online. The salesperson said I couldn’t get a refund because the paper tab with the price had been removed from the pants. I told her why wasn’t that it the return policy and she lied and said it was. She pushed the pants and receipt back at me and said I was stuck with them. Well I went home checked the return policy and it was not what she stated at all. I took my pants back to the JCP in Meadowbrook Mall in Clarksburg and my return took less than 5 minutes. I’ll be shopping at the Meadowbrook Mall store only from now on.

Thanks to her we did and my daughter looked amazing and had a wonderful night. Again thank you so much. I am sorry that I can't remember her name

This is exactly why malls are dying and online shopping will take over. This sucks shopping here in these conditions, plain and simple.
