- ACAidan Mulkearns (Elevators of Steel City)Jun 30, 20253.0Mixed thoughts overall. Opening in 2012 and sitting above a DICK’S Sporting Goods is this JCPenney with a staff mezzanine level above. While this style of space is nothing new to me, the JCP portion of the stack just doesn’t quite measure up. The selection is not as good as Western Pennsylvania or West Central Pennsylvania’s other JCPenney stores. The staff were very friendly and helpful in my search of a new swimsuit, though.
