    Got a new wallet 🤓 nice selection but waiting in line was an extra 15 minutes. I did have 3 employees ask if I needed anything. Still love the sales

    Update: I called the number in the response listed below. They said they would file it as a corporate complaint and that I would get a call immediately to rectify the situation. It has been two weeks since the call and I have not received a call from corporate nor the store manager. So Bush league. I don’t normally leave complaints but because this whole thing has been an absolute nightmare, I thought I would pass it along. Do not buy jewelry from JCPenney‘s. Specifically the one on Gilbert and Germann. It has been a nightmare working with them. We have purchased several pieces of jewelry over the last six months and two have been faulty. When sent out for repair, for which we paid extra for the care plans, one ring was lost for over 10 weeks and no one knew where it went and one necklace had a broken clasp, which was unable to be repaired somehow. I have been told several times to talk to Manny or Rose, which are the managers, but they are never in the store. I have gone to the store four times and been told to speak with them and even after their schedules were provided to me, they still are never in. When I call no one picks up and I can’t be transferred either. It’s like a black hole and nightmare customer service! Absolutely insane when you have to run down a company day after day to have them make something right. So buyers beware, they have good deals on men’s chains and some fun options, but I would say it is not worth the headache.
