- KTKaren TempletonAug 21, 20251.0I just visited your store in Plainfield IN, looking for shoes. Their were empty boxes for Clark shoes and the shoes weren't the ones on display. The shelves were such a mess it was hard to even look for my size. There was no one around to ask for help, so I gave up looking. Wish I could have found my size!

- DCDonald CaesarAug 14, 20251.0Customer service at this location is pathetic. My wife needed to be fitted for a piece of clothing and a service rep says I do that. After waiting for 10 minutes or so the service person who was putting hangers in a box told my wife come back in two hours and I can do that fitting. Evidently hangers are more important than customers at this location. Need less to say our money was spent at a different location at this mall. We won't be back.
