  I placed the order 2025-2715-1095-6991 on 09/28 with the understanding of receiving it on 10/8, because I needed it on that they not a day later, let alone a week later. When I called on 10/08 they told me that my order had been received by Martha in the store since 10/3. However, when I arrived at the store the lady at the counter told me that my order wasn't at the store. I called back to JP and they recommended canceling the order because was lost and asking for the due refund. So I did. I called on 10/11 and they had done nothing, so I requested my refund once again, they continue knowing nothing about the lost items. Then today, 10/15 a week later, when I am on a job trip I got an email saying that my order was ready for pickup. What? You didn't meet the delivery date, lost the order and now don't want to refund my money. Give me my money.

  Me toco la suerte del 40% y 60%, la verdad mejor que los lugares de remates, buena calidad, moda y el lugar impecable!! Hay que hacer shopping en tienda, es la mejor experiencia!!

  I placed an order for pickup online and was excited to use the curbside pickup but even after making an account it did not function and had to go in the store for pick up. I didn't mind going inside but once I went to pick up the employee struggles to find my order. After waiting 10 minutes she stepped back to the counter asking her coworkers for help and didn't ask me a single question but I heard her mention she was looking for a comforter though I was picking up a pillowcase. She tried again and passed it off to her coworker who found it in a minute. They did not even apologize or say anything and just handed me my order after 15 minutes of waiting and no communication. Terrible pickup system.

  It's been several years since I've been inside a large department store. I was really impressed with this story. It was clean and well lighted with excellent merchandise presentation. The only drawback is unlike the old days there are not a lot of sales associates on the sales floor. I have always liked the merchandise from JCPenney's especially the St John's Bay clothing collection. It's quality merchandise at an affordable price. In addition, they run weekly sales with significant discounts.
