- GSGina SJul 16, 20184.0Even though JcPenney has struggled off amd on over the years it is still a family staple for clothing, shoes, undergarmets, bathroom and kitchen items, costume jewelry, and purses. There is a hair salon and full restrooms available in the store as well. JcPenney tries to stay relevant with clothes that are fashionable for the times, but for those of us women that like shirts without a print, frills, lace, and embroidery we'll need to look elsewhere as of right now.
