    I was enthusiastic about the service, as the stitch work is very well! However, the placement was unprofessionally balanced on the sweater (name and badge). Manager pulled out a tape measure then justified the placement stating “That’s how it’s supposed to look, nothing we can do about it.” Despite blatantly acknowledging the issue.
