FRAUDULENT. THIEVES. YES, REALLY. Baited me with clearance prices, sent me a completely incorrect order, then proceeded to spend a month making the return/refund process impossible by putting up a bunch of hoops to jump through (like asking me for the tracking number they already had, then the package contents and my original order information that they already had), then proceeded to reply with the same copy-and-paste questions without reading my replies. They've done everything under the sun except make any attempt whatsoever to get the order I paid for to me. In the end I had to file a chargeback (for the very first time in my 30 years of life -- I'm not that kind of guy). Never again -- and if you're reading -- just pay more for not fraud.
Edit: You gotta love their idea for resolution being to tell me to reach out to their customer service team, as if this entire review isn't already about conversations I'm having with that exact customer service team. A page right out of Catch22.
Update: After a ludicrous amount of back and forth and being forced to confirm the incorrect contents of the box, they sent me a label to return the items. I thought I might be able to cancel the chargeback. Nope. Once the items got back to them, they claimed that they don't sell these items so I'm not eligible for a refund. You know, the same items they confirmed the existence of before giving me the return label? Big brain.
So.. they're straight up trying to steal from me now. The fact is they probably use a third party fulfillment center that is doing an awful job and accidentally putting jbtools labels on some other business' packages.
