I purchased a used unit from this place on August 30th, 2025 when the safety inspection was done i noticed that the running lights were not working, i mentioned it to the sales person and the person in charge of the service dept, i refused to take the coach at the time and they said that it was going to be taken care of. A few days later i got a call from the tech saying that the coach was ready to be picked up to my surprise after driving 2 hours to pick it up i noticed the lights not working and the abs light on i expressed concern about it because i consider the abs system to be part of the safety equipment. The manager at the dealer first tried to tell me that abs system is not part of the safety inspection or equipment of the coach and that at the time of the purchase the light was on when i know for a fact that it wasn't. To make a long story short i called the dealer on 10/3/2025 to ask about the coach and i was told that it was still at another lication where it had been taken for a diagnostic the abs light still on and when i got home with the coach today 10/4/2025 the running lights are not working on it. To try make things right for all the inconvinience i was offered an accesory of some kind so i ended up selecting the start up kit . I believe the customer service after the sale is more important than anything else. Communication was not there at all and now i have to spend money to try to get this issues fixed. I am not happy and definitely not recommending this dealer to anybody.

While assisting grandkids in the purchase of an RV at Brooksville Jayco, I met an amazing staff, and was treated very respectfully and kindly. Micheal was an amazing financial officer, and was able to get the payments reasonable with many other necessary coverages. Very happy camper, no pun intended. I would recommend this RV sales site to anyone. Thank you to the salesmen, support staff, and all at Jayco RV.

Ok. As for professionalism, you've genuinely thrown it out the window. I got a hold of someone directly from the site. There was 1 unit i was remotely interested in, however their were no pics. I texted someone about the unit and specifically asked for photos and gave them an email. I also specifically said NO PHONE CALLS!!! alas, all I receive are phone calls and no email with pics. 25 calls!!!!! Are you seriously hurting for business that bad?? And that's about 15 days. Some multiple in 1 day!!! When a prospective customer requests no calls and you call them 25 damn times, id nearly call that borderline harassment. If I didn't answer the 1st few times, I'm not going to answer at all!!! Do they not teach professional communication in sales??? God, that was the 1st thing I learned. Pushy sales to me are the devil!!!
