  We have had them for years (house and multiple cars) and they are amazing. It was important for us to choose a local company, and have a real I could talk to over the phone or in person who knows us. I could not recommend them higher.

  I can't say enough good things about Tommy Bigaouette and the Jay Zender State Farm Insurance Agency. From the beginning, they made the process of getting insurance stress-free and straightforward. They took time to explain our options, answered every question with patience and made sure we had the right coverage for our needs (without trying to oversell anything we didn't need). What really stood out was their responsiveness-by phone, email and text. They're professional, personable and genuinely care about helping. It feels great to know we have someone we can trust looking out for us. If you're looking for an agent who goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Tom Bigaouette and Jay Zender.

  State Farm has been great since day 1! Whether it's asking if something is covered on our insurance, or asking for copy of our cards because I lost it and they get it sent over...Alie has been AMAZING to answer all the random questions/requests. Recently Alie was going through our account because we're reviewing it all she called me and just said, "hey I think we should take a look at these couple of things and I also noticed a discount missing." She gave me the option of the changes, gave the price difference, and she told me she would wait until I told her what we're doing but she added the discount. So she wasn't pushy or forcing anything which was great! Some changes we made the other we kept on there and again she didn't push. State Farm made up the discount which you NEVER see happen anymore. Companies that actually take accountability and make it right?! What?! I KNOW😀 pretty cool 😎 They still exist. So again it's been great to work with them and honestly not something I thought I would get such a personalized experience with such a big name but now we do. Thank you Alie, Jay, and Quentin and I'm sure a few other names I'm forgetting that I haven't dealt with but a couple times. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Jay was so helpful with getting me a quote for home insurance and even went in his way to talk to my HOA to get the master policy. Im a first time homebuyer and was really oblivious about the whole process, but Jay continued to be so kind and helpful throughout the process. I’ll be recommending Jay for anyone who needs home insurance.
