  I’ve used Jays for a few years to haul my Tahoe back and forth to Florida and the service has always been decent. This year they informed me at the last minute they couldn’t haul it because one driver was sick and another had an emergency. When I commented this is why I booked 6 months in advance, Alex, was very rude, defensive, and disrespectful. Telling me “it’s not their fault”. She offered to find another company Montway so I took her up on the offer and she sighed and said, “well I’ve never booked with them, but I guess I could try” Than why did you offer? When I called her out about being rude, she did apologize but defended her apology with justifications… taking away an validity to the apology. Totally turned off. Montway is nearly double the cost but way more reliable.
