- JBJennifer BradleyJul 19, 20251.0I unexpectedly had my water turned off and had to call a plumber to get it reconnected. Jassen’s was nice enough to make time to come out that day. The tech was up front with the cost and while I agreed to the cost the work that ended up being done did not add up to what I was charged. It took the tech 45 minutes to reconnect the water and they charged me $1000. The work entailed 1-2 feet of pipe and a connector to the water meter. No where in the invoice that I did receive was there an emergency charge. I have called the home office multiple times requesting an itemized invoice to justify the cost but I have yet to receive one. Everytime I call and ask to speak to a manager I am told they are in a meeting and someone will call me back. Yet no one has called me. I would not recommend Jassen the Plumber for your plumbing needs.
