- KYkimberly yarboroughSep 6, 20251.0I would leave 0 if it was possible I took my watch to take the links out of it and waited and hour he lost a spring off of it brand new watch never left the box then fixed it and we waited total an hour 15 minutes got the watch back and he "made" a pin for it and scratched all the gold off of it and he still made us pay for it

When I took my ring to get sized up just a half size, they charged me $120.00! I was in the jewelry business for 15 yrs and am appauled. I called around and found they charged me 75% more than other jewelers. They are nice enough but I don't recommend wasting good money for items or repairs, I'm sure you could use that money elsewhere.
